The support is provided via an on line Help Desk.
Clients can post tickets via the Internet and monitor the status of their requests in real time.

The Help Desk process is powered by WorkflowGen and it's part of the workflow templates provided to our clients for their own internal use.  

The WorkflowGen Club is dedicated to those who already use our BPM / Workflow software to implement their processes.
