The WorkflowGen Portlet module enables you to create Web Parts that will be displayed in  SPS with a customized layout for a seamless integration.
All the items of the WorkflowGen portal can be embeded in SPS (New Request, Actions to do, Current Requests, Actions to assign, Closed Requests, etc).

Example of use
When accessing SPS each user displays WorkflowGen items according to its rights.
The users can launch a new WorkflowGen process or review ongoing requests without leaving SPS.
SPS remains the centralized portal offering a comprehensive access to all enterprise resources including WorkflowGen processes.

Feature
At anytime during a WorkflowGen process you can export a document from WorkflowGen to a SPS Library.

Example of use
A new procedure is validated through a process in WorkflowGen. The procedure is described in a Word document that is reviewed by different users. At the end of the process when the final version of the procedure has been validated it is send in a SPS library that can be used as a repository.

Feature
At anytime during a WorkflowGen process you can export  form data with or without attachments from WorkflowGen to a SPS List.

Example of use
An IT clearance process is run in WorkflowGen. By filling in a form in WorkflowGen end users can request the access to different software and applications in the organization. The request will be routed and approved by several departments depending on the choices made by the requester. At the end of the process when the application is approved some data captured in the form can be automaticaly exported to a SPS list. As an example the name of the requester and the name of the software he has a granted access can be displayed in a SPS list for the eyes of the IT department who wil create the accounts. 

Example of use
When a sales representative posts a new proposal in a SPS library this can automaticaly trigger the approval process in WorkflowGen.
